The refurbishment of the offices and foyer area to accommodate the City of Swan administration staff. Works comprised of demolition, ceilings, electrical, flooring, partitions, loose and fixed furniture. Trevor Chudleigh Architects were commissioned to look at the current and future needs of the Swan Council and develop a plan to integrate these requirements into the refurbishment. The project was particularly challenging due to the high level of data communication and inhouse computing demands.
