New factory warehouse constructed over and around existing buildings. Once the new building was erected the complete demolition of existing offices and factory building was carried out.The project was planned and managed over a two year period to enable the owner to continue trading from it’s existing premises and site.

The construction was carried out in a “staged process” basis.
