Project Overview

Client: Department of Treasury and Finance – Building Management and Works

Location:Bullcreek, Hardy Street, WA

As part of the Building Education Revolution Stimulus Package WA Commercial Constructions t/a KMC Group tendered and were awarded a number of
Primary School projects in the Fremantle & Peel Education District as well as the Goldfields Education District.

Due to the similiaries with other projects being procured and constructed at the same time it was important for the KMC Group to utilise all its resources,
sub-contactors and suppliers to build the Covered Assembly and Two Classroom Music and Art Block within the Contract timeframe.

Being a ‘live’ site offered its own challenges and the Project Team had to be mindful of the staff and child movements throughout the school as well as considering the School Evacuation Plan in the event of an incident
