After extensive negotiations with the Local Shire the project was finally approved to proceed and the construction of the Service Station with retail outlet proceeded.

The Land Owner wished to retain an existing building and develop the site to include an agricultural retail outlet as well as a Caltex Service Station with retail space.

The petroleum construction division of KMC Group undertook the build and delivered the project to Caltex Australia and the Land Owner within the designated timeframe and Contract Sum.
