KMC Group’s Residential Construction Division has over the years built a number of homes for customers who have engaged their own Architects to individually design their home. Our company’s senior construction staff have many years of experience in the residential construction industry, thus KMC Group is now in the position whereby it can undertake selective residential construction, for the upper home segment of the residential building market.
In recent times we have also developed a number of inhouse and architect designed homes all of which have been designed with modern living specifically in mind Our range of in house and architect designed executive homes include 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, as well as single and two storey configurations. The floorplans for all of our homes have been carefully planned to make the most of light and space, reflecting their own unique sense of individuality and character through the use of various design elements and colours.
Our innovative designs have been drafted to utilise some modern building methods which maximise “Space, Savings and Standards.”
