  • A report system via email.
  • Priority system allowing for emergency, non emergency & routine maintenance call outs.
  • A computer database ensuring close monitoring and reporting of all maintenance work.

Our experience, systems and procedures allows us to co-ordinate all insurance repair requirements from job assessment through to job completion, including organising a site visit, providing a detailed assessment report, preparation of scope of works and quotation and finally co-ordinating the completion of the repairs. In case of an emergency or for routine, preventative maintenance, our team can be contacted to deal with your needs in a professional, timely and orderly manner.
