Refurbishment of the existing McDonalds restaurant in line with Australian and international McCafe decorative standards.

The challenges facing the Construction Team was to schedule the works in accordance with the contract timeframe whilst maintaining the operation of the restaurant throughout the construction period. Work were undertaken outside of normal working hours to facilitate the programme and minimise the impact on McDonalds staff and the patrons of the restaurant.
