Ocean Reef buildings

This project consisted of the construction of three two storey mixed use buildings in Ocean Reef. The buildings comprised of commercial premises downstairs with residential premises upstairs.

The construction methodology was cavity brick on confined sites and with a loft at roof level. The three buildings were constructed simultaneously.
